Liora Faro Consulting was built from nearly two decades of hands-on administrative and operational experience.

Before stepping into commercial construction, I spent over 20 years developing the foundational skills that keep organizations running — financial oversight, vendor coordination, contract review, document control, client communication, process management, and structured marketing strategy. I’ve managed payroll, A/R and A/P, corporate tax filings, insurance contracts, procurement systems, warranty claims, performance tracking, and comprehensive marketing agendas aligned partner compliance requirements.

I’ve built reporting structures from scratch, implemented analytics tracking, strengthened digital presence governance, and created workflows where none existed.

Construction became the environment where those skills were pressure-tested.

Working inside commercial projects, I supported procurement, pay applications, change orders, compliance documentation, and Owner Direct Purchase programs — gaining a firsthand understanding of how operational clarity directly impacts profit, timelines, and team performance.

But what I consistently saw was this:
